| Notes | In 1960, Agatha Christie expanded her short story "The Mystery of the Baghdad Chest" (1932) and retitled it as "The Mystery of the Spanish Chest". This expanded version was first published in Women’s Illustrated, 1960, and also in the collections The Adventure of the Christmas Pudding and a Selection of Entrées (1960) and The Harlequin Tea Set and Other Stories (1997). The story features the character Hercule Poirot. |
