Гиперболоид инженера Гарина is a science fiction novel by the Russian author Aleksey Nikolayevich Tolstoy written in 1926–1927. It has been published in English with the titles The Garin Death Ray, The Death Box, and The Hyperboloid of Engineer Garin, the literal translation of the original title.
