| Notes | Dragonsong is a science fantasy novel by the American-Irish author Anne McCaffrey, first published by Atheneum Books in March 1976. It was the third novel set on the world of Pern in the <a href="/c/books/credit/309986/dragonriders-of-pern/">Dragonriders of Pern</a> series, but was not part of the original trilogy which had yet to be completed.
Dragonsong marked a change of publisher, editor, and a shift in target audience to young adults. It is the first book in the <a href="/c/books/credit/275453/harper-hall-trilogy/">Harper Hall Trilogy</a>. |
