| Notes | Kurt Weill's concerto for violin and brass band was written in 1924 and was first performed at the Exposition internationale des Arts décoratifs et industriels modernes by Marcel Darrieux under the direction of Walther Straram. The piano reduction was published in 1925 and the full score in 1965, both by Universal Edition. In 2010 the Kurtl Weill foundation issued a new critical edition. |
