German printing company, subsidiary of Bastei-Verlag Gustav H. Lübbe. Sold to M. P. Media-Print Informationstechnologie GmbH (Paderborn, North Rhine-Westphalia), in 1997 (including a clause that guaranteed five years of existence protection) and renamed to M.P. Media-Print Bergisch Gladbach. Sold to RotaForm Direktmarketing (Hausham am Schliersee, Bavaria) in 2000 and renamed to RotaForm MedienZentrum (GmbH & Co KG). Shutdown in April 2002, just one month after the protection clause expired.
