James Evans
James Evans was a lawyer at The Sunday Times in the early 1970s and advised the newspaper in a bid to overturn an injunction preventing information being publishing about the dangers of the morning sickness drug Thalidomide. The newspaper won the case and the ensuing article led to a campaign for victim compensation.
