N. Dennett
Author of two shot stories "The Menhr" and "Unburied Bane" which appeared in Charles Birkin's "Creeps Library" in the 1930s. It has been suggested that Dennett and Michael Joseph (2) are one and the same as there are almost identical lines in their respective stories Unburied Bane and The Yellow Cat "...the scarlet thread of my brain stretched to breaking point." (Unburied Bane) "...the scarlet thread of his brain was being stretched to breaking point." (The Yellow Cat) There is also conjecture that N. Dennett may be a pseudonym of Eleanor Scott, but this is now impossible to prove.
