Charlie Higson

Charles Murray "Charlie" Higson is an English actor, comedian, author, television producer, scriptwriter, and former singer. He has written a number of series including: The Enemy, and Young Bond. He contributed the cartoon strip 'Jelly Head' to Viz Comic in 1988.
