Tim Owen is a photographer based in the USA. NB. some clarification needed, first credit seems to be Kurt Cobain / Nirvana live photo (looks early c1990, with Corbis the agency?). This American photographer doesn't mention it on his website (http://liveconcertphotos.com) in his list of artist credits plus appears to have started a little later in the 1990s. Another Tim Owen, who co-runs the Jade Tree record label in Wilmington, Delaware has a lot of photo credits for punk / hardcore groups in the 1990s but mainly connected to his label. He is more likely for the Thrasher credit (https://www.discogs.com/artist/260559-Tim-Owen).
