Joge Marius, Montevideo, 1944. Researcher of historical, political and electoral. An integral part of the team of researchers represents of the Latin American Center for Human Economy. Won a prize in a competition organized by the Congress of Mayors and the Office of Planning and Budget on 100 years of the creation of the figure of the Mayor.
