Farrar, Straus and Cudahy
American publisher founded in 1946 as Farrar, Straus based in New York City, New York. The company name was changed to Farrar, Straus and Young between 1952 until 1954. Again the name was changed, this time to Farrar, Straus and Cudahy from 1955 until 1962. Finally, the name was changed to Farrar, Straus and Giroux.
