General Noriega
Manuel Antonio Noriega Moreno (born February 11, 1934 – died May 29, 2017) was a Panamanian military officer and CIA informant that went on to become the repressive military dictator of Panama from 1983-1989. The US military invaded the island country in 1989 to remove Noriega from power; he was captured and extradited to the US to face criminal charges.
