Teffi

Teffi (Russian: Тэффи) was the pseudonym of Russian humorist writer Nadezhda Alexandrovna Lokhvitskaya (Russian: Надежда Александровна Лoхвицкая), and after her marriage Nadezhda Alexandrovna Buchinskaya (Russian: Надежда Александровна Бучинская), (born 21 May [O.S. 9 May] 1872 – died 6 October 1952). Together with Arkady Averchenko she was one of the most prominent authors of the magazine Satiricon.
