Stefan Salter
Stefan Salter (born 28 September 1907) is a German-born American book and book cover designer. He emigrated to the United States in 1928. He worked for the printer American Book-Stratford Press, New York, and from 1943 until 1964 he designed books for Pantheon Books, New York. Brother of illustrator George Salter.
