John Maybury

John Maybury is an English filmmaker and artist. Maybury was a face on London's early 80s club scene. As a film-maker he has directed short films and pop promos for the likes of Rifat Ozbek, Leigh Bowery and Boy George. The most famous of his 50-odd promos is Sinéad O'Connor's "Nothing Compares 2 U". Nowadays he focuses on full-length movies.
