Carlos Ochagavia

Carlos Victor Ochagavia was an illustrator born in Logroño, Spain. He moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina at age 2 where he studied at the Academia National de Bellas Artes and La Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes. Studied in New York in 1937 on a scholarship from Art Student’s League. b. March 10, 1913 d.
