Pete Haigh

English DJ, writer and broadcaster. He began his club DJ career in 1973 playing Northern Soul, Disco, Funk. By the 1980s he'd expanded into playing Hip-Hop, Rap, Electro, Boogie, Go-Go. As a journalist he has written for The Face (1980-83), Black Music, Blues & Soul, Echoes, City Life etc. He has also broadcast on BBC Radio Lancashire and Jazz / Smooth FM. http://www.djpetehaigh.co.uk
