Baldini&Castoldi is an Italian publishing house founded as Baldini & Castoldi in 1897 based in Milan.
- May 2003: the company takes on the name of Baldini Castoldi Dalai Editore, then only B.C. Dalai Editore.
- 2011: it changed its name to Dalai Editore and the "Baldini & Castoldi" brand is maintained as a name necklace.
- February 2014: the company goes bankrupt, imprint was used by a new company called again Baldini & Castoldi srl, distributed by Messaggerie Italiane.
- June 2017: the company's control was acquired by the publishing house "La nave di Teseo".
- January 2018: new logo "Baldini + Castoldi" (also abbreviated: B + C).
