Roger Hargreaves
Charles Roger Hargreaves, publishing as Roger Hargreaves, was an English author and illustrator of children's books, best remembered for the Mr. Men and Little Miss series, intended for very young readers. He also wrote the Timbuctoo and Hippo Potto Mouse series. Father of Adam Hargreaves, who continued writing Mr. Men stories following Hargreaves' death in 1988.
