Владимир Павлович Бирюков

Vladimir Biryukov (1888–1971) was a Soviet ethnographer, lexicographer, museum worker, archaeologist, historian, folklorist, and the author of over 30 books. He specifically studied the folklore of the Ural region of Siberia.
