Bernard Leach
Bernard Howell Leach, CH CBE (born 5 January 1887 – died 6 May 1979), was a British potter and author. He is considered to be the "Father of British studio pottery". His work reflects influences from the Far East and an emphasis on a return to craftsmanship. His most famous book "A Potter's Book" was first published in 1940.
