John Spencer is Vice-President of the British UF) Research Association (BUF0RA), direc- tor of the lnternational Committee for UF1 Research and investigates- Mutual UF1 Network (MUF0N). He has specialized in the interaction of the UFO phenomenon with the mind . He has participated as principal collaborator and coedi- tor of UFG 1947-87 and phenomenon and is the author of Persryctives. Also collaborates regularly in pu- blicaciones on ufos and travels all over the world vestigando- these issues.
