Rye
Town in East Sussex, England. A number of authors are associated with the town - including the American author Henry James, who lived at Lamb House from 1898 until his death in 1916. Lamb House was then occupied by E. F. Benson between 1917 and 1940, who also served a term as the town's mayor.
