George Cantor

George Nathan Cantor (born June 14, 1941 in New Haven, Connecticut – died August 13, 2010 in West Bloomfield, Michigan) was an American journalist, writer, news columnist, and editor. He worked at the Detroit Free Press from 1963 to 1977, and at The Detroit News from 1977 to 2003. George is the author of several books on baseball, college football, history and travel.
