British punk / post-punk fanzine (1976-1979) started by Tony Drayton (aka Tony D) and the 'Skid Kid'. Originally made in Glasgow, Issue 5+ were produced by Tony D in London. It ran for 18 issues (the last one Tony D was involved was was Issue 17). http://rippedandtorn.co.uk/
