Ned DeLoach

Ned DeLoach is an American writer, photographer, and SCUBA diver. In 1972 he founded New World Publications and the early 1980’s, Ned was appointed editor-in-chief of Ocean Realm magazine. He left the magazine when it was sold two years later and since then has concentrated on publishing a series of marine life field guides.
