Brett Gilliam

Bret Clifton Gilliam is an American author, entrepreneur, explorer and a pioneering technical diver. In 1994 he founded Technical Diving International (TDI) which is a technical diving certification agency that specializes in more advanced Scuba diving techniques, particularly diving with rebreathers and use of breathing gases such as trimix and heliox.
