Richard Paddison aka Richard Rouska is a publisher, writer, musician and journalist based in Yorkshire, England. After being involved in the early punk scene he went on to write a number of fanzines in the early 1980s. He set up his own record label (Rouska), performed as a ranting poet ('The Mauled Avenger') and his own group WMTID. In the early nineties Richard set up his own PR company working for artists/labels such as Tom Robinson, Drug Free America and Cherry Red.
In 1993 he set up Berserk Publishing, producing the monthly Yorkshire magazine Panic; plus two books: Scam and Nervous Breakdown. He has his own website 1977cc.
