Michelle Pilley

Pilley is Managing Director and Publisher at Hay House UK Ltd. Her publishing career began with a small independent classic cars and bikes publisher, Michelle then worked as an editor for a business consultancy before joining Waterstones to set up their first core stock in the mind, body and spirit genre. She went on to become a commissioning editor at Thorsons, an imprint of HarperCollins, she joined Devon-based Kindred Spirit magazine as features editor, before establishing a spiritual activism publishing company with the late Anita Roddick. She joined Hay House in late 2001.
