Sylvie Simmons

Sylvie Simmons is a London-born, US-based music journalist and author. She became US correspondent for English music paper Sounds in the late 1970s. She later contributed articles to a variety of publications including Kerrang!, Q, The Guardian, The Times, The Independent, Rolling Stone, Harp, Blender, San Francisco Chronicle and MOJO magazine. She is also a ukelele player and singer, releasing a solo LP in 2014.
