Delacorte Press/Seymour Lawrence
Delacorte Press/Seymour Lawrence was an association between Delacorte Press (which at the time was an imprint of Dell Publishing) and the publisher Seymour Lawrence. Seymour Lawrence was an American independent publisher with offices in New York City and Boston founded by Seymour Lawrence (died January 4, 1994, aged 67). The company was founded in 1965, but in 1983 due to financial problems was sold to E. P. Dutton and later to Houghton Mifflin.
