The Sacketts

The Sacketts is a series of novels and short stories written by Louis L'Amour. The series traces much of the history of the fictional Sackett family through some of its individual members as they move across the Atlantic from England, settle in the Appalachians, and then move west to the Great Plains, the Rockies, and California.
