Henry Wade

Henry Wade was the pen name of Major Sir Henry Lancelot Aubrey-Fletcher, 6th Baronet, CVO, DSO (Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire from 1954 to 1961), an English mystery writer. He was also one of the leading authors during the Golden Age of Detective Fiction, and wrote the Inspector Poole novels.
