Mary Westacott was a pseudonym used by Agatha Christie, an English crime novelist, short story writer and playwright. As Mary Westacott she wrote 6 novels: Giant's Bread (1930), Unfinished Portrait (1934), Absent in the Spring (1944), The Rose and the Yew Tree (1948), A Daughter's Daughter (19520, and The Burden (1956).
