Geoff Barton

A former English teacher and headteacher, Barton is now General Secretary, the Association of School & College Leaders (ASCL). In his role as a teacher he wrote numerous guides for students or other teachers in the field of English. He has also written on a variety of other subjects for the Independent, Guardian, TES (Times Educational Supplement), amongst others.
