Penny Reel
Pseudonym for UK music journalist and writer Peter Simons. An afficiando on Jamaican music since he started collecting in the 1960s. He also used the pseudonym Thomas Horace Whitmer. He may have also used the alias Evelyn Court, it was where he lived in Hackney, London.
