Cenfa AG., Zug

Cenfa AG was a Swiss holding and licensing company, founded in 1957 by Wilhelm Goldmann (1897 - 1974), founder of Wilhelm Goldmann Verlag, in order to manage international copyrights, translation rights and printing licenses at a tax-adavantaged location. In 1978 Verlagsgruppe Bertelsmann acquired Goldmann Verlag and Cenfa. Licenses were transferred to, respectively renewed by the main company or other branches and Cenfa was ultimately dissolved.
