Scootering

A lifestyle that developed in the United Kingdom. Developing from the Mod scene clubs grew in the UK dedicated to Lambretta's and Vespa's. The scene took off in the 1980s with national scooter runs around the country. The common name used at the time for these enthusiasts was 'Scooter Boys'. Two national magazines were published, 'Scootering' & 'Scooter Scene' and an array of smaller fanzines and publications.
