Emanuel Swedenborg

Emanuel Swedenborg (born Emanuel Swedberg) was a Swedish Lutheran theologian, scientist, philosopher, revelator and mystic who inspired Swedenborgianism. He is best known for his book on the afterlife, De cœlo et ejus mirabilibus, et de inferno, ex auditis & visis ("Heaven and Hell", 1758).
