David Francis Dodge (born August 18, 1919 - died August 8, 1974) was an American author of crime novels and travel books (both with humorous elements).
He is best known for "To Catch a Thief", which was the basis of the same titled Alfred Hitchcock movie, starring Cary Grant and Grace Kelly.
