Manifesto

British magazine dedicated to soul music and the northern soul scene. First issued in the early 1990s it last until the 2010s. Ian Palmer and Dennis Lee (c/o 199 Design in Gloucester) originally produced the magazine. It was later taken over by Stuart Russell and Mike Ritson & Bee Cool Publishing.
