Kinowelt AG

Kinowelt AG was a film distribution company, founded in 1984, insolvency in 2001. Based on the film archive of Kinowelt AG and some of its subsidiary companies, the Kinowelt Gmbh was founded in 2003. In 2008 the french company Studiocanal bought Kinowelt Gmbh. The company was renamed to Studiocanal GmbH in September 2011.
