Paul Smith (10)

Credited in UK post-punk 'zine Vague. Was part of the London anarcho / squatter scene, is described as "Paul Smith from the Paragon", though currently unclear what 'the Paragon' is (collective? squat? band? street in Bath where Tom Vague lived?). NB. please update events if required
