Bob Kilbourn
UK based writer, editor and record label manager. Starting out as the UK label manager for Stax Records (distributed by EMI at the time), Bob Killbourn was recruited by John Abbey to help run the newly launched Blues & Soul magazine associate company Mojo Records in 1971, Contempo Records in 1973, and to contribute to the writing team of the magazine. Following John Abbey's departure to the U.S., Killbourn was appointed editor of Blues & Soul in the summer of 1979. In 2009 he helped launch Black Sheep Magazine.
