Luciano Gruppi

Luciano Gruppi (Turin, 8 November 1920 - Albano Laziale, 19 August 2003) was an Italian politician. Just graduated in philosophy in 1943 he enrolled in the clandestine Italian Communist Party, after an initial militancy in Giustizia e Libertà. He participated in the Resistance in the ranks of the GAP and, after April 25, he was appointed head of the Youth Commission of the Turinese Communist Federation.
