Originally conceived and launched in January 2007 as a Castle Music imprint, part of Sanctuary Records Group Ltd. and now independently controlled. It became a limited company in 2009 with Glenn Gunton and Tim Brown as directors. As of 2015, this limited company (not label) appears to have now 'dissolved'.
