Paul Lichter

Lichter was an associate of Elvis Presley and Col. Tom Parker. He founded the Elvis Unique Record Club in 1970 and published the Elvis fanzine Memphis Flash from the 70s to the early 80s. He has authored sixteen books on Elvis. In the 1960s Lichter was a rock concert promoter and manager of the groups The Soul Survivors and the Vanilla Fudge.
