Gárdonyi Géza (born Ziegler Géza) was a Hungarian writer and journalist.
His greatest success was "Egri Csillagok" (Eclipse of the Crescent Moon) which is one of the most popular and widely recognized novels in Hungary and "Láthatatlan ember" (Slave of the Huns).
