In the second half of 2018 the Reálszisztéma Group sold 100% of the shares of Reálszisztéma Dabas Printing House Plc. to Central Production Ltd., which belongs to Central Group. At the same time the name of the printing house was modified to Central Dabas Printing House Plc, in Hungarian: Central Dabasi Nyomda Rt. The name of the company was changed later to Central Dabasi Nyomda Zrt. because of the change of the organization structure.
