Kölcsey Ferenc

Kölcsey Ferenc (archaically English: Francis Kolcsey) was a Hungarian poet, literary critic, orator, and politician, noted for his support of the liberal current inside the Habsburg Empire. He wrote Himnusz, the national anthem of Hungary in 1823.
